We are a full service advertising agency known for delivering results-driven campaigns for a diverse range of clients. We are seeking an experienced Brand Strategist to lead our client strategies, collaborate with our creative teams, and ensure we not only meet but surpass our clients’ goals.
As a Brand Strategist at Jay, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client campaigns. You will be responsible for understanding our clients’ needs, identifying insights, developing effective strategies, collaborating with our creative teams and overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns and projects to deliver exceptional results. You will serve as the bridge between our clients and our agency, ensuring seamless communication and outstanding campaign performance.
The Brand Strategist will monitor projects from start to completion, will work closely with the team to assign resources and ensure work flows through the agency efficiently and on time. You will help foster the creative environment, is a problem solver, is highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and open-minded, and exhibits a high level of initiative.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Client Strategy: Develop and lead client-specific advertising and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed goals.
- Project Management: planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns and projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client objectives.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform creative and strategic decisions.
- Client Communication: Maintain strong client relationships by understanding their objectives, expectations, and challenges. Regularly update clients on campaign progress.
- Campaign Briefs: Create detailed, actionable creative briefs for our creative teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to guide concept development and campaign execution, providing clear direction and feedback.
- KPI Monitoring: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and success.
- Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative solutions to clients.
Carry out other duties as necessary to perform function within state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account planning, strategy or a related role within an advertising agency.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide clear creative direction.
- Knowledge of advertising and digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Salary Description:
- $70,000 – $90,000

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
