JAY Advertising is honored to receive an award for the Rochester Building Trades Council – Union Mine campaign at the 2023 American Marketing Association (AMA) Pinnacle Awards under the category, Business-to-Consumer Integrated Marketing Campaign (Not for Profit).
The AMA Pinnacle Awards is an annual event celebrating marketing excellence. It recognizes local marketers not only for their creativity and strategy, but most importantly, campaign results!
The Rochester Building Trades Council represents 10K construction workers and 18 unions in the Greater Rochester Region. We developed their creative and integrated marketing plan with a mix of digital, television, streaming audio, and radio tactics. The campaign goal was to reach their target audience of young adults looking to kickstart a meaningful career as an apprentice. To date, this campaign has resulted in over 900 apprentice interest form submissions!
